Refunds & Returns

General Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you feel that something is wrong with your products, you have up to 7 days (one week) where you may return most unopened items for a full refund. If the return is not due to an error on our behalf, you will be required to absorb the shipping cost back to Protimoi Cigars. In the event that an item is returned, due to the result of our error, Protimoi Cigars will pay for the package to be sent back using our selected carrier. Please email us at help@protimoicigars.com to let us know that you are going to return a product and make the proper arrangements. Product must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

Cigar and Fine Tobacco Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your premium cigar, or fine tobacco, purchase from Protimoi Cigars after you’ve tried one, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. If you have tried more than one cigar you can return the remaining for refund for the amount of cigars remaining. Keep in mind that in either instance the return has to happen within 30 days and it is minus the shipping cost.

Also, please keep in mind that the tobacco must be in its original condition, cellophane or wrapper in tact, and you can not return any cut or half smoked tobacco products. They must be complete and untouched from their original condition. If the products were part of a promotion, you are also required to return the free items that were included.

How To Return an Item

If you need to return an item please email us at help@protimoicigars.com (or use any contact form located on our site). We will issue you a return authorization code to include on the package. Once we receive the package, and issue your refund, we will send you an e-mail notification.

Can I Get an Exchange?

Absolutely! Provided that the item is in new condition and is alike in nature (cost, item, etc) you can get an exchange. You will be required to pay the cost of shipping the item back and the new item to you in this scenario. These exchanges must be approved by management. Please contact us beforehand to make these arrangements.

Our Refund Process

If you have requested a refund and it has been approved: Expect to receive your refund within 14 days (two weeks) of handing over your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period stated includes the transit/shipping time to us from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes our merchant to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Can I Return to a Store?

Currently, you can not return an item to a store. However, we are actively developing the capability to offer this service soon in the future. Please check back for more information.
