Shipping Information
Protimoi Cigars takes pride in how we ship our products, because we know how important they are to you. Ensuring that we spend the time necessary to make sure your package is received in a timely manner, the contents fresh and in perfect condition, is something that we strive for daily. That is why, in order to keep your products in peak condition, we include a FREE Boveda Humidity pack in every shipment. Be advised, this does not ensure your products are ready to smoke upon arrival. We recommend waiting a minimum of 7 – 14 days to allow the cigars to acclimate once they are placed in your stable storing environment. Shipping tobacco products around can expose your products to climates of varying temperatures and humidity levels, and allowing them to settle in your permanent storing environment will ensure they are at peak condition when you go to consume them.
Upon placing an order, we will calculate the approximate shipping time required to deliver the items to you and we will also provide you with a potential delivery date. You will receive this information via email. Our estimation takes into account various factors such as the order placement time, distance of travel, weekends/holidays, and other relevant considerations. It’s important to note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly provided by the carrier.
Orders placed prior to 5:00 AM in the Dallas time zone (Central Time Zone) will be shipped on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed after 5:01 AM Central Time Zone, the package(s) will be dispatched on the next available business day.
If the order is placed on a holiday or weekend your package will go out the next possible business shipping date.
Our primary shipping method (USPS Priority/First Class/UPS/FedEx) will be free for orders over $99 on all US orders (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
At this current time we do not offer an overnight shipping option, and we do not ship internationally.
If a tracking number is available from the carrier, we will provide it to you. Please note that for cigar, and other fine tobacco deliveries, the packages may require a signature from an individual who is 21 years of age or older.
In case your package is stuck in transit or is stolen, please first contact the carrier’s customer support. The representatives have a more in-depth tracking system and can give you a much more accurate update about the location of your package. Protimoi Cigars utilizes three primary shipping carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx (Federal Express), and UPS (United Parcel Service). Rest assured that we will select the carrier that can deliver your package in the quickest and most efficient way possible during the processing phase.
International Shipments
